20-year old Tobin is a product of Chelsea Youth and featured for the Blues in the Premier League U18’s league.
After leaving Stamford Bridge, Tobin joined Isthmian Premier Division side Cray Wanderers, however he now becomes Mark Stimson’s third signing at Hartsdown Park.
Stimson was delighted to capture the young promising Midfielder.
“Josh is another talented player that will add some much needed depth to our squad. He has lots of talent and we are pleased to be able to get the deal done.”
Josh will be available for the ‘Gate when they face Tobin’s former club Cray Wanderers on Boxing Day.
