American born Dogan has featured in England with Cray Wanderers and Eastbourne Borough, but has spent a large part of his career in Ireland having featured for Athlone Town and Dundalk.
Manager Mark Stimson was pleased to add the attacking Midfielder to his squad.
“We are really pleased to welcome Taner to the squad, he will add further depth to the team which is really important ahead of a busy festive schedule.”
Taner will be available for the Blues when they face Cray Wanderers away on Boxing Day.
