MATCH REPORT / Ladies Secure League Cup Passage
The Blues came into the game off the back of a gut-wrenching 3-2 defeat against Cray Valley PM in the league last week, however a first half demolition from striker Kara Richardson saw the ‘Gate race into a 3-0 half-time lead.
The hosts extended their lead early in the second half as Jess netted a fourth for the home side, before the visitors staged a mini revival in the last twenty minutes by scoring two goals to half the deficit, however Evan Paris’s side held on for a fantastic win.
The Ladies return to action on Sunday as they face Baldon Sports at Eltham Town Academy with kick off at 2:00pm.
