The 26-year-old forward joins Hartsdown Park from Saturday’s pre-season opponents, Welling United.
Oyenuga, who has spent seven years in the Tottenham Hotspur youth system, has played in Finland and Qatar and had several spells in the Scottish Premiership and Championship.
More recently, Oyenuga signed for Dartford FC and enjoyed a loan spell at fellow Ishmian League side Haringey Borough, last season.
Oyenuga’s pace and direct forward play impressed Manager Jay Saunders who managed to seal his signature for the 2019/20 campaign.
