The 23-year-old striker signs for The Gate from Scottish League One side Stranraer, having previously played for fellow Bostik League rivals, Leatherhead and Lewes.
Okoh will be available for selection for the weekend’s cup tie and Sandmann believes The Blues have got another promising youngster within their squad for the 2018/19 campaign.
