Gate Announce Partnership With Age UK

Margate Football Club is delighted to announce a new partnership with the local Thanet Age UK charity as they look to reconnect people after the global pandemic.

The Club has offered its use of the five a side pitches to the charity who will host an hour’s session of walking football to their users in Thanet as a way to reconnect with others.

Users that enjoy their sessions are then encouraged to join our own Walking Football Team, as well as encouraged to attend first team games at Hartsdown Park this season.

The sessions will run between 10am-11am on Tuesday mornings which are free to all with users looking to use this service asked to contact Thanet Age UK on 01843 223881.
