The shot stopper started his career at Stamford Bridge making his debut in their 4-0 win against Newcastle after an injury to Carlo Cudicini. After leaving the Premier League side Pidgeley joined Millwall where he instantly become number one until the arrival of Kenny Jackett.
The 33 year old left Millwall and joined League Two side Bradford City. After a spell at Valley Parade he then went onto play further in the Football League with Exeter City and Mansfield Town.
A short spell at Leatherhead ensued before joining National League side Forest Green Rovers where he suffered Wembley heartache with defeat to Grimbsy in the National League play-off final.
Pidgeley then teamed up once again with Margate Manager Watt at Hastings and now joins the Blues until the end of the 2017/18 season.
